Loved my stay in Belgrade 🇷🇸❤️
The location is lekker, right in the heart of the city with a chill vibe. Shout out to Christina at reception, she was such a chommie helping me with bus passes! The brekkie is on point, loads of options like mini picas and fresh fruit!

missingWrote a review on Dec 07cleanliness issues
Multiple issues detracted from the experience. cleanliness fell short with hairs on the floor and bedding, and plenty of stains on towels added to the uncomfy vibe. No balcony options, and the lack of a smoking area on the floors was frustrating. The elevator was sluggish, and parking ended up costing almost a third of the accommodation price, despite filtering for hotels with free parking. Little things like loose screws on bathroom fixtures and ventilation that didn't do much weren't exactly stellar touches.

Well, that was a surprise!
The hotel offered an excellent location, right in the heart of the city yet surprisingly quiet! The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped with local transport tips. Breakfast was both generous and affordable, truly a hidden gem. Clean rooms and effective air conditioning made my stay comfortable. Best value for money!

missingWrote a review on Oct 18dirty hairlimited towels
I was just appalled at the cleaning—there were hairs everywhere! And the too-limited supply of towels made me feel like I was in a budget motel, not a so-called 4-star establishment. almost left a glowing review, but when I asked for a complimentary upgrade, they simply laughed. the nerve! Will not return.

The location's a real winner, but the air con was loud as, and the breakfast could've had more options. Rooms were clean and comfy, though!

The hotel has a great central location in the Belgrade old town, situated in a pedestrian-only area, making it easy to explore the city. The Superior Room offered a comfortable bed and was well-maintained, with a clean environment. The restaurant provided a Turkish-style breakfast that, while not typical American fare, was satisfactory. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were notably kind and attentive.
